Leasing Administrative And Marketing ManagerPOSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing all leasing administrative and marketing functions in assigned regions.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Process lease application, prepare lease documents and follow-up on lease quotes for assigned regions.Assist with lease applications in other regions as needed.Follow-up with customersCoordinate shipment of all machinesAttend scheduled meetings (Weeke, Shop, Weekly Status, Funding)Assist in handling post closing lease issues and any issues related to lease funding.Follow-up on all sales agreements in assigned territory to confirm customer's financing arrangement.Monthly review of dealer lease activity to ensure annual goals are on targetMonthly follow-up with dealer salesmen to increase lease volume.Contact lenders; deal questions, explanations, additional informationFollow-up with previous lease customers to source additional business.Assist in developing a direct end user marketing strategy.QUALIFICATIONS:Prior leasing experience desiredCollege degree requiredSKILLS & ABILITIES:Proficiency with MS Office SuiteTypical Office EnvironmentAbility to multitaskAdaptability to changing prioritiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong administrative skillsSelf-starter and self-reliantExcellent problem solving skillsWORK ENVIRONMENT: Standard Office
