We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume baking environment to join our production team.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (Weekends OFF).
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- $15-$16/hour.
Position Overview:
Responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are prepared, baked, and packaged efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
- Mix and prepare products according to established recipes and procedures.
- Operate and monitor mixing and portioning equipment.
- Load and unload ovens safely and efficiently,
- Package finished products according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or food production experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of mixing and portioning equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop is a family owned South Florida based bakery specializing in pies, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies and one-of-a-kind desserts. We bake everything in-house, using fresh, locally-sourced, high-quality ingredients.At Fireman Derek’s all of our employees have a hand in making people happy.
