Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery.

A degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized accreditation body.

Ongoing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported.

Must possess an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
