As an Electrical Estimator, you will have the opportunity to work on complex electrical projects for prestigious clients such as Georgetown University and Kaiser Permanente. Daily Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate take-offs and estimates for electrical projects
- Manage change orders and submittals throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with the pre-construction team to develop project scopes
- Oversee conduit installation and building construction
- Review and interpret blueprints for power distribution systems
Required Skills:
- Experience in commercial construction projects
- Proficiency in estimating software for project management
- Knowledge of electrical code and wiring systems
- Ability to develop scope of work and bid proposals
- Strong background in construction management
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Electrical field
- Previous work with Request For Information (RFI) processes
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $85,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $90,000.00
