Acting as a key partner between business stakeholders and Supply Chain support teams, this role facilitates metric creation and management, process alignment, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic decision-making.This position reports to the Sr. Manager, SIOP and is based in Fort Worth, Texas.Primary Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesRun Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to drive decision making across the platformCompile and analyze data from all areas of supply chain and provide recommendations to gain efficiency and provide more responsive execution of internal processes.Develop and maintain Power BI models that support the wider operational platform metric reporting strategyDevelop tools and methods that streamline the maintenance and updating of master dataProvide project support for NPD stage gate supply chain analysisPropose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.Ensure proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilitiesTrain users to best utilize business systems, processes, and reportsSupport production planning digital tools and model development and maintenanceParticipate in production meetings and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiativesSupport Impromptu reporting from WAS Ops leadershipRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, supply chain management, data information systems or a related field required.3+ years of experience in business, supply chain or operations analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in production planning software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.General Applicable Company CompetenciesCommitment to Watts’ values of integrity, accountability, continuous improvement and innovation, and transparency.Punctuality and dependability.Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work priorities and stressful conditions.Adherence to all personnel policies, procedures, and standards of process as implemented by Watts.Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.Adherence to Watts’ seven cultural beliefs: Growth Mindset, Customer-Focused Innovation, Constant Communication, Clear Goals, Collaborate Globally, Be Inclusive, and Take Action.Working ConditionsWhile performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Fort Worth, Tx location (Monday – Friday).
