Lead Setup Machinist - Nights

Location: Broken Arrow, OK Area
Shift: Night Shift
Pay:  $28/hr+ Depending on Experience

HireCall is seeking an experienced Night Shift Lead Setup Machinist who is confident working with both CNC lathes and mills. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can take ownership of the shift, make sound decisions, troubleshoot machining issues, and keep production moving with limited supervision.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
• Make offsets and program edits using Fanuc controls
• Troubleshoot tooling, setups, and machining issues
• Read blueprints and verify parts meet print requirements
• Assist operators with setups, tooling, and process issues
• Delegate work and help keep machines and operators productive
• Make production decisions with limited management support
• Communicate shift status, issues, and priorities to day-shift leadership
• Jump between machines and assist wherever needed to keep production on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Strong CNC machining and setup experience
• Experience with both CNC lathes and mills
• Comfortable making program edits at Fanuc controls
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Ability to troubleshoot tooling, setup, and dimensional issues
• Previous lead or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to delegate work and keep a team productive
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to make sound decisions with limited supervision
