We have an immediate opening in our Human Resources department! This is your chance to work somewhere meaningful! Who we are: Leo A. Hoffmann Center is a nonprofit Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). We provide treatment to adolescent males (11-17 years) with complex mental health conditions. PRTF's are more intensive than other services, such as residential treatment or day treatment, but less medically intensive than a psychiatric hospital. Every client has an individualized plan of care based on all aspects of the individual's situation. Coordinate and assist with the orientation process for all new employees. Assist with benefit administration. Maintain personnel records and knowledge of online payroll/timekeeping database. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations including FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, and labor laws. Attend job fairs as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred. Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources.
