Security Lead page is loaded## Security Leadlocations: Fort Worth, TXtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R100120735**Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise and coordinate all event security operations across the Coliseum.* Lead pre-event planning and security briefings with staff, vendors, and/or public safety partners.* Oversee guest screening procedures and access control at all entry points.* Monitor crowds and ensure proper flow, especially during high-attendance events.* Respond to and manage incidents, altercations, or medical emergencies with professionalism and composure.* Protect event participants, livestock, and property by maintaining a strong security presence in and around the arena.* Maintain detailed logs and incident reports for management and authorities as needed.* Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards or security concerns.* Train, mentor, and schedule usher personnel to meet event-specific needs.* Serve as a liaison between local Law Enforcement and Fire Department to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration for all joint initiatives.* Ensure compliance with Cowtown Coliseum, ASM Global/Legends policies, Texas state regulations, and public safety standards.**Qualifications:*** At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role.* Working knowledge of crowd control, access management, and emergency response protocols.* Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with large crowds and livestock.* CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (or willingness to obtain).* Valid Texas security license (Level II or III) preferred.**Physical Requirements:**The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
