Radiology Physician Assistant

A nationally recognized healthcare system in San Angelo, Texas is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant to join a collaborative team providing advanced, minimally invasive image-guided care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

Position Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive care alongside experienced Interventional Radiologists
• Support minimally invasive procedures that improve patient outcomes and recovery times
• Perform and assist with procedures including joint injections, spinal procedures, thoracentesis, paracentesis, PICC placement, port placement, and chest tube placement
• Manage inpatient and outpatient consultations
• Evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate follow-up care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
• Provide pre- and post-procedure education and patient support
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
• Practice within a technologically advanced healthcare environment with Epic EMR

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current PA licensure and certification
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority as required
• Experience in interventional radiology, surgery, critical care, emergency medicine, or related specialties preferred
• Strong procedural, clinical, and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
