Why We’re Hiring Nutrition Nest opens in 2026, and this is a founding leadership role. We are building the longevity medicine practice from the ground up: the diagnostic strategy, the clinical governance model, the standards that infusion therapy and advanced modalities are held to, and the way providers and the clinical nutrition team work together. The physician we hire will set that standard, not inherit it. About the Setting Circadium is the longevity clinic inside Nutrition Nest, a hybrid of clinical practice and residential wellness campus. Guests come for memberships, multi day programs, and structured resets rather than for episodic sick visits, so appointments are long, panels are comprehensive, and follow up is real. Team structure: You will lead a founding clinical team that includes nurse practitioners, nursing and infusion staff, clinical nutrition, exercise physiology, health coaching, and wellness practitioners. Tools: We use Cerbo as our EHR, with an AI scribe supporting clinical sessions, alongside systems built in house for our integrated wellness model. You will have a voice in shaping the tools our team uses rather than adapting to someone else’s. Diagnostics and therapeutics: On campus diagnostics include comprehensive and functional lab panels, biological age testing, body composition and musculoskeletal scanning, and cellular and metabolic assessment, with therapeutic modalities including hyperbaric oxygen, whole body cryotherapy, IV therapy, and breathwork. Pace: Concierge and appointment based. As a founding hire, expect the energy of a launch, building alongside your team as guest volume and programming ramp up. What You’ll Do Clinical Oversight and Governance (50%) Serve as the supervising and collaborating physician for advanced practice providers, including the Georgia nurse protocol agreement, chart review, and co signature workflows. Approve and maintain standing orders and clinical protocols, including infusion therapy and advanced modalities, and hold the safety standards those protocols rest on. Lead interdisciplinary case reviews and set the documentation and quality standards for the clinical team. Partner with leadership on scope of practice, credentialing, liability, and regulatory compliance. Clinical Practice (30%) As the clinic develops, spend extended, relationship centered time with guests, including comprehensive intake, history, physical assessment, and risk stratification. Work together with nutrition team to develop personalized care plans grounded in nutrition, lifestyle modification, targeted supplementation, and functional medicine principles, prescribing where clinically indicated. Program Development and Innovation (20%) Shape diagnostic panels, membership tiers, and program design as the clinic grows. Stay current with emerging evidence in longevity medicine and support research and continuing education initiatives across the clinical team. Qualifications Required: MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Georgia medical license, or eligibility to obtain one before start Board certification in a relevant specialty (internal medicine, family medicine, or comparable) Active DEA registration and a clean licensure and malpractice history Relevant education in the field (IFM, A4M, or comparable training) Commitment to personalized, root cause medicine Strong curiosity and a collaborative mindset Preferred (not required): Fellowship or advanced certification in functional, integrative, anti aging, or longevity medicine (IFMCP, ABAARM, or comparable) Experience supervising advanced practice providers Experience with advanced diagnostics, hormone optimization, or metabolic and cardiovascular risk reduction Experience working with executive level clientele, or in concierge, retreat, or executive health settings Schedule & Work Life Details Full time, onsite Nutrition Nest is open 7 days a week, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Coverage includes a rotating weekend shift, with the exact rotation coordinated collaboratively within the clinical team No overnight or hospital call Administrative time is protected and built into the schedule Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Negotiable Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance CME stipend and paid training in functional and longevity medicine Paid time off Employee wellness perks (access to Preserve Life’s own nutrition and wellness programs) Growth & Learning Opportunities As the founding physician at Circadium, you will build the clinical standard that future providers practice within.
