Claims Coordinator

Job Summary This position is production and quality based. Assigned to analyze and adjudicate specific types of claims, with lower complexity, and work with external pricing partners to resolve claim issues. The associate claims coordinator will be expected to achieve monthly measures. Essential Functions Process claims through online adjudication, possibly across all product lines. Utilize Facets, Lens Inquiry Tracking system, and claim procedures to investigate and resolve claim pends and errors. Use provided software and online vendor websites to resolve related issues. Identify system‑related issues impacting claim adjudication. Organize and maintain reference information related to the responsibilities of this position. Meet all production and quality standards. Possess general knowledge of operational functions and software. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1 year of relevant experience.
