Perform age and disease specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patient status. Identify patient/family education needs based on age and disease. Develop a patient-centered plan of care with specific goals/outcomes. Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team. Administer medications using advanced bar-scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Adhere to established protocols and document patient care accurately. Requirements Education BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire. Experience Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience or participation in the Nurse Residency program. Licenses & Certifications Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required.
