This travel assignment begins on 06/15/2026 and spans multiple weeks with a pay range of $2,013–$2,160 per week. The assignment uses a 11a–11p (12‑hour) shift and involves a combined adult/pediatric ED in a critical access hospital setting. The unit handles roughly 40 patients per day with 9 rooms and 10 beds. Orientation is 48 hours. This role requires prior travel experience and does not accept first‑time travelers; local candidates living within 75 miles are not eligible. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,013–$2,160 Orientation: 48 hours Shift: 11a–11p (12‑hour shifts) Travel assignment duration: Weeks Setting: Emergency Department, combined adult/pediatric care in a Critical Access Hospital Travel requirements: Must have travel experience; locals not accepted; floats to cover ED coverage as needed Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in the ED for neonates through geriatrics, including triage, assessment, monitoring, and symptom management Initiate and manage IV therapy, vasopressor infusions, and blood product administration as indicated Maintain airway management and ventilatory support; provide procedural sedation as appropriate Perform timely documentation in the EPIC charting system; utilize SBAR for handoffs and interdisciplinary communication Collaborate with Respiratory, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary teams to coordinate care Adhere to isolation precautions and PPE guidelines; ensure patient and family education and safety Requirements NY RN license in hand to submit Minimum 2 years ER/ED experience Travel experience required; unit does not accept first‑time travelers Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; TNCC preferred EPIC charting experience required Interdisciplinary collaboration experience; ability to float to other ED areas as needed Locals not accepted: candidate must reside >75 miles from the facility Benefits Fast credentialing Dedicated support throughout the assignment Orientation provided (48 hours) 7‑day maximum RTO policy (as noted in scheduling) Comprehensive on‑site and remote support from the travel team #J-18808-Ljbffr Y-Axis
