Position:

Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Setting:

Pediatric home-based speech therapy throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast/Jackson County area.

Compensation:

• $48-65/hour based on experience
\n
• Target starting rate: approximately $50/hour
\n
• Mileage reimbursement to be included if applicable.
\n
• Detailed compensation structure discussed during the interview.
\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n
• Current Mississippi SLP licensure and appropriate credentials
\n
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
\n
• Comfortable providing individualized therapy in the home environment
\n
• Strong communication and caregiver education skills
\n
• Reliable transportation
\n

Clinical Focus:

Pediatric speech and language therapy addressing communication, receptive/expressive language, articulation, feeding, social communication, feeding/swallowing as within the SLP's scope, caregiver education, and functional participation in daily activities.

Program Launch:

This is a new pediatric home-based service line. We are currently building our referral base and anticipate a start date approximately 30–60 days after hiring , depending on caseload development.
