We're Hiring: In-House CPA: ClearTrust Wealth Advisors (Franklin, TN) ClearTrust Wealth Advisors, an independent RIA, is seeking a detail-oriented Certified Public Accountant to join our growing team in Franklin, Tennessee. As we continue expanding our platform, you'll play a foundational role in launching and shaping ClearTrust's in-house tax strategy function, working hand-in-hand with our advisory and operations teams to deliver truly integrated, high-touch service to our clients. Role Overview: This full-time, in-office role calls for an active CPA who wants to do more than review returns. You'll support comprehensive tax planning that ties directly into each client's broader financial plan, including retirement, estate, cash flow, and investment strategies, helping build a complete picture of their long-term objectives. What You'll Do: Review individual, trust, and business tax returns with an eye toward planning and optimization Partner with our investment management team to design and implement tax-efficient investment strategies Collaborate closely with advisors to deliver proactive, forward-looking tax guidance that enhances the client experience Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in line with regulatory and firm standards Communicate directly with clients and internal team members to address planning needs and provide ongoing recommendations What You Bring: At least 2-3 years of experience reviewing individual, trust, and business tax returns, with a strong focus on tax planning and optimization Active CPA credentials Experience supporting high-net-worth clients or families with complex financial situations Sharp analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced coursework or credentials in taxation or financial planning are a strong plus Ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN and handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion.
