Job Description

Tucson Medical Center is seeking a BE/BC Adult GI Hospitalist to join our growing Gastroenterology team.

Join two experienced GI physicians in a collaborative, well-established practice supported by four Acute Care Nurse Practitioners. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and new graduates seeking mentorship and professional growth.

- Excellent compensation package including quality incentives
- $750,000 base compensation (no advanced procedures)
- $850,000 base compensation (ERCP/EUS experience)
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $35,000 Relocation Assistance
- 5% Quality Incentive
- $7,500 NP Oversight Stipend
- $30,000 Retention Bonus (Years 2 & 3)
- 5 CME Days / $5,000 CME Allowance
