Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator  to join our Residential Service Department.

Position Overview:

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residential clients. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial call to the completion of the service.

Essential Functions:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
• Provide accurate information regarding services, warranties, and pricing
• Maintain detailed and organized records within our service management system
• Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary
• Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with internal departments for efficient service delivery
•  Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional demeanor
• Coachable and motivated to seek out additional responsibilities
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

 

Work Environment: In Office Setting, indoor, temperature controlled

 

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting 8 to 10 hours per workday
• Occasionally lift/carry (20) lbs.
• Occasionally bend (at waist), reach above shoulder
• Continuous phone use, typing, and/or data entry 8 to 10 hours per workday
