Rent the Runway Corporate Offices
Rent the Runway in Brooklyn seeks a Corporate and Securities Counsel to support securities and governance matters, reporting to the Chief Legal & Administrative Officer; this is an office-centric role with work from our Brooklyn headquarters Monday–Thursday.
You should have a JD and NY bar, 3+ years in public company law, and experience with M&A, corporate finance, and executive compensation is a plus; strong Excel and Google Suite skills; familiarity with Diligent, Workiva and Shareworks is a
