Job Title: Customer Account Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote temporary opportunity is based in Atlanta, GA and offers the chance to manage customer relationships while partnering with internal teams to support ongoing business goals. The individual in this role will serve as a trusted resource for clients, helping drive engagement, retention, and overall account success. Candidates who are organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating technology driven environments will be well positioned to succeed.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialist:
Manage an assigned portfolio of business accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience and consistent account support.
Deliver guidance and responsive service to clients while promoting long term engagement and account retention.
Coordinate with cross functional partners to address customer needs, resolve issues, and support business objectives.
Monitor account activity, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue preservation efforts.
Maintain a professional remote work environment and participate in virtual customer interactions throughout the workday.
Qualifications and Skills for the Customer Account Specialist:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Prior experience in customer success, account management, business development, sales, or another client focused business environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, manage deadlines, and respond with urgency when needed.
Comfortable working independently, making informed decisions, and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Demonstrated technical aptitude, professional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a technology focused workplace.
