Registered Nurse - Outpatient - Triage - Primary Care - Avon

Overview RN Triage position based in a Primary Care office in Avon. The clinic supports Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics and offers a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities include nurse visits such as blood pressure and weight checks, medication administration (including B12 injections), patient education, and triage support both by phone and in person. The position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule based on performance. Schedule Full time, 8‑hour days Monday – Friday. Must be available to work 7:30 am – 5:30 pm. No weekends! No holidays! No call duty. Responsibilities Perform nurse visits including blood pressure and weight checks. Administer medications, including B12 injections. Provide patient education. Offer triage support by phone and in person. Requirements Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); Baccalaureate in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates with more than two years of relevant clinical experience from a non‑accredited program may be considered with approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty. Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction. Aware of and understanding the legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
