Business System Consultant II

job summary:
We are seeking two Business Systems Consultant II with a strong technical foundation and interest in process improvement to support our ongoing HR systems transformation. This role will begin with a primary focus on systems support and evolve into broader process alignment efforts across the organization.

responsibilities:
Process, Service Delivery, and Operational Readiness - this role would provide immediate execution support to help establish and stabilize the core sustainment model, including:

· Process design and documentation

· Incident, request, and enhancement management support

· Release and annual cycle readiness activities

· Operational handoff and transition support

· Action tracking and follow-through across sustainment deliverables

· Identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities

· Planning support for post-go-live stabilization and transition into sustainment

Governance, Documentation, Reporting - this role would provide structure and operational discipline to support sustainment maturity, including:

○ Governance support and decision tracking

○ Documentation standards and repository support

○ Reporting and performance metric preparation

○ Status and risk visibility across sustainment work

○ Support for ongoing operational consistency and maturity

○ Documentation, reporting, and governance support for post-go-live stabilization planning

qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a business related discipline with 2 years systems experience. In lieu of a degree, must have 3 years of related work experience in a professional business or technical role.

Workday Ecosystem Exposure: Ideal candidates have 2+ years of general exposure to Workday, but a functional understanding of how Workday operates (HCM, Core Compensation, or Reporting modules) is acceptable.
