ISCO Industries is an end-to-end piping solutions provider that specializes in HDPE, working with leading edge technology that makes us a market leader.Primary Responsibilities:Hands on leadership of 5+ mechanics supporting 75 person facility equipped with multiple types of machineryDirects and assists team members with electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.Maintains inventory and oversees purchases of partsEstablishes and adjusts work procedures and schedules to meet company demandMotivate and implement safety procedures, recognition, and accountabilityCollaborate with departmental managers to meet plant goalsRecommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.Collaborates on the root cause analysis of equipment failures and implements fixes.Coordinates preventative maintenance with the production planning staff.Receives and reviews maintenance requests and prioritizes maintenance activities based on urgency and availability of resources.Inspects equipment regularly to identify current and potential maintenance needs.Maintains records and documentation related to equipment and workforceManages the work of technical maintenance staff, contractors, or subcontractors.Minimum Qualifications for ConsiderationEducation: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required, Associates preferred.Technical and mechanical knowledge and aptitudeExperience: General computer experience; organizational skills.5+ years supervising others successfullyMotivated team player capable of meeting tight deadlinesEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
