Print & OOH Media Coordinator

Role Description

C2's client, an award-winning, independent, women-owned, full-service agency built on media expertise, seeks a contract Print & OOH Media Coordinator to own creative trafficking and billing for their out-of-home and print media.

The agency keeps strategy, execution, and optimization in close conversation across omnichannel campaigns. This contract role adds detail-driven trafficking and billing support on the out-of-home and print side, keeping creative moving to vendors, proofs of performance organized, and billing accurate. Activity is steady and expected to sustain through the end of the year and potentially into the first quarter, with real potential to grow into a full-time role if the fit is there.

This is a role for an organized, deadline-driven coordinator who lives in the details, communicates clearly with vendors and the account team, and keeps a high volume of moving pieces on track without letting anything slip.

Qualifications

• Experience with OOH and print creative trafficking, or closely related media coordination
• Working knowledge of OOH and print creative specifications: aspect ratios, pixels, file types and sizes, AI and design files, and file-sharing platforms like Dropbox
• Experience with buying and billing media platforms, especially Strata
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-obsessed, with clear vendor communication
• Comfortable managing a high volume of concurrent items without losing accuracy

Requirements

• Prior experience buying or planning out-of-home or print media, or assisting a buyer or planner
• Familiarity with additional media platforms such as Media Ocean or Medialine
• Experience with general media billing processes

Benefits

• Compensation: $38-$43/hr. as a W2 employee of C2
• Remote work considered; NYC or Albany, NY strongly preferred (hybrid, onsite in office)
• Ongoing contract, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week based on volume, with potential to extend or convert to full-time
