Responsibilities Assess patient needs and design individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy services in facility settings. Collaborate with peers and refer patients to complementary services. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and independence skills. Report to the Director of Rehab. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or a related field plus a Bachelor’s, or a Bachelor’s plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience. Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. Physical Therapy degree. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
