Position Summary We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at our New Orleans, LA office. This is a full-time, on-site position for local candidates only (or those who can reliably commute). Candidates must be available to start full-time immediately. Applicants currently in school must have an expected graduation date of December 2025 or earlier. The Financial Analyst will support the firm’s valuation, analysis, and transaction processes—working closely with executives, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality business and financial insights. Ideal Candidate We are seeking someone with relevant professional or internship experience in finance, accounting, or business valuation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Qualify and onboard prospective clients Input, recast, and analyze financial statements Spot-check and correct discrepancies Interact professionally with sellers, CPAs, and attorneys Pull financial data from QuickBooks and other systems Apply multiple valuation formulas and models Research market and sold comparables Develop and finalize business valuations and evaluation books Draft engagement agreements, CIMs, and teasers for listings Maintain and update financial models and reports Liaise between buyers, sellers, and internal teams during due diligence and closings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Previous finance, accounting, or valuation experience required (internships acceptable) Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial research Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Strong business writing and communication abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to manage multiple projects Professional demeanor with excellent client-facing skills CPA or CFA certification a plus Additional Requirements Local candidates only – this is an in-person role in New Orleans, LA Full-time availability required from start date Students must have a graduation date no later than December 2025 Job Type: Full-time (On-site in New Orleans, LA) #J-18808-Ljbffr
