Extended Stay - - Responsibilities: Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment according to company guidelines; Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures; Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts; Set up, maintain, and take down breakfast display in a timely manner; Sell the value of ESA to inquiries and convert them into reservations and occupied rooms
