Job Description Receptionist (Part-Time – Evenings & Weekends) Schedule: Wednesday & Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sunday: 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM. May require flexibility to work other evenings as needed. Are you friendly, professional, and organized? The Gardens is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate person or department Greet and assist visitors in a warm, helpful manner Provide excellent customer service to all facility guests and staff Maintain knowledge of facility layout and personnel to direct inquiries accurately Retrieve and manage files as needed Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager, Supervisor, or Administrator Qualifications: Positive, team-oriented attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using phones, computers, and basic office software At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role Post-high school education or training preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a supportive, community-focused environment.
