Senior HRBP Director: Strategy, Talent & AI

Druva is looking for a Senior Director, HR Business Partner to lead strategic human resources for a global workforce of approximately 1,200 employees. You will work closely with C-suite leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and foster an environment that promotes innovation and accountability. The ideal candidate should possess 12+ years of progressive HR experience and be comfortable with both executive and hands-on workforce planning.
