Team Member – Produce Packing (Wed–Fri)
Odd Bunch | South Bend, IN 46613 Pay: $($10.25-12.00 )/ hour Job Type: Part-time, Temp-to-hire
About the Role
Odd Bunch delivers fresh fruit and veggie boxes straight to customers' doors — and our brand-new South Bend warehouse is where the magic happens! We're looking for reliable, hard-working team members to join our warehouse crew and help us pack fresh, high-quality produce boxes for our customers.
This is a hands-on role — you'll help unload and set up incoming produce, pack boxes to our weekly menu, handle substitutions, and load finished orders onto the delivery trucks. No experience necessary — we'll train you!
Shift Schedule
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Consistent 3-day work week
What You'll Do
- Unload incoming fruit and vegetable shipments and set up produce for packing
- Pack customer boxes according to our fixed weekly menu
- Accurately handle product substitutions when needed
- Load completed boxes onto delivery trailers/trucks
- Keep your work area clean and organized (general housekeeping)
- Follow food safety and quality guidelines to make sure every box leaves in great shape
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand, lift (up to 40-50 lbs), and move for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual — able to commit to the full Wed–Fri shift
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse/production experience a plus, but not required
