The Graduate School is seeking (1) Marketing Specialist tojoin the already awesome team taking the Graduate School Departmentto the next level of excellence! Professional development opportunity and mentorship A rapidly growing center within an academic setting HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO Assist with the execution of graduate enrollment marketingcampaigns across email, CRM, web, social media, digitaladvertising, and other channels. Coordinate campaign timelines, project tasks, vendorcommunications, and related administrative activities. Support campaign tracking, dashboard updates, analyticsreporting, and performance monitoring. Assist with website content, email communications, marketingmaterials, and other promotional resources. Support graduate recruitment events, webinars, informationsessions, campus visits, tabling activities, and relatedoutreach. Engage with prospective students at recruitment events, answergeneral questions, and connect them with appropriate programs andresources. Collaborate with colleagues across the university to supportenrollment marketing priorities. Help maintain marketing documentation, shared resources, andestablished processes. Identify opportunities to improve marketing operations and theprospective student experience. Qualifications : Minimum Hiring Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, publicrelations, business, or a related field and three (3) years ofrelevant professional experience ; or A combination of education,training, and experience may be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr
