Sales Representative - New Mexico - Injury/Infection Prevention
Stryker
Field-based sales representative position focused on promoting injury and infection prevention products to healthcare facilities across New Mexico. Role involves building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and serving as a clinical expert to drive adoption of innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales quota through relationship-building with clinical specialists, nurses, administrators, and distributor contacts
- Serve as product expert on Sage offerings while maintaining knowledge of competitor products and market trends
- Partner with customers to improve clinical protocols and outcomes while demonstrating financial value
- Manage customer inquiries, negotiations, and orders while ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to introduce new products and drive business growth
Requirements
- High school diploma and 5+ years professional experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record in state of residence
- Ability to lift, move, and demonstrate equipment up to 50 pounds
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, competitor offerings, and healthcare market
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Capability to work independently in field-based role with 60% travel requirement
Compensation: 100% commission with eligibility for bonuses and benefits
