LPN-Charge Nurse

Looking for Full Time Evening shift. Shift differential for evening and night shifts. Pay is negotiable based on experience. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN-Charge Nurse to join our team at our facility in Oldenburg, IN. The LPN-Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff for that shift, providing direct patient care, and ensuring that all nursing operations run smoothly. Responsibilities: Supervise and direct nursing staff Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments Assess patient needs and develop care plans Monitor patient progress and update medical records Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations Requirements: Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana Prior experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Knowledge of nursing standards and regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr Sisters of St. Francis Oldenburg
