What You'll Do

• Coordinate import/export documentation and track shipments.
• Support trade compliance inquiries, audits, and restricted party screenings.
• Validate supplier certificates of origin and maintain PTA records.
• Assist with CTPAT training and security validations.
• Oversee brokers and freight forwarders for compliance and service quality.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 3+ years in customs and international trade (automotive industry preferred).
• Skills: Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and trade documentation systems Languages: English required; Spanish a plus.
• Certifications: CILT, CCS, or U.S. Customs Broker License are a bonus.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM-4PM or 8AM-5PM
