Equipment Finance Regional Sales Manager - San Ramon Sales - Remote

We value diversity, collaboration, and a growth mindset. Responsibilities Prospect and develop new and existing vendor and/or end‑user customer relationships. Drive originations and/or gross margin to stated objectives. Collect and analyze information regarding customers’ income, assets, investments, or debts. Provide appropriate financing solutions tailored to individual needs. Assist small and mid‑size businesses in securing funding by evaluating financial products. Support training of new salespeople through meetings, conference calls, trade shows, and one‑on‑one calls. Develop strong business relationships with senior management and day‑to‑day contacts of established and newly developed vendor and end‑user customers. Work with existing vendors and customers to enhance their finance program solutions. Attend trade shows nationwide as required. Ensure new programs are properly administered and communicated. Collaborate with Equipment Finances management and support teams to meet defined objectives. Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies Equipment financing sales experience with a verifiable track record of success. Knowledge of CRM software programs. Salesforce experience is preferred. Industry and Work Experience Minimum 5 years equipment finance industry experience. Academic Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field preferred. Compensation Salary range: $30,000 – $150,000 per year. Average commission: $10,000 – $150,000+ per year.
