Help patients achieve functional goals through evidence-based care. Establish strong relationships with patients to enhance their care experience. Communicate patient progress and clinical updates to the supervising Physical Therapist. Ensure timely and accurate documentation. Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing clinic atmosphere. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. A desire to grow clinically and contribute to a high-performing team. Compensation Hourly wage ranges from $26 to $30, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
