COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM) $400,000 Base Salary $30,000 Sign-On Bonus 28 Days of PTO 14 Paid Holidays Comprehensive Health Benefits CME Allowance 403(b) Retirement Plan with up to 6% Match Based on Longevity Student Loan Forgiveness Opportunities through IHS and NHSC POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM) 100% Outpatient Family Medicine No Call | No Weekends Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Average 8–10 patients per day 80% clinical 20 % admin QUALIFICATIONS Family Medicine Medical Director (FM) Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine Ability to obtain New Mexico medical licensure within 90 days of start date Credentialing timeframe: approximately 4–6 weeks COMMUNITY Family Medicine Medical Director (FM) Located approximately 2 hours from Albuquerque, New Mexico , this opportunity offers the chance to experience the beauty, culture, and community of the Southwest while serving a population that truly values their healthcare providers.
