Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an HVAC Installer in Boston, MA to perform commercial retrofit upgrades and system replacements for improved energy efficiency.

Impact
- Modernizes aging building systems to reduce energy consumption.
- Ensures all mechanical installations meet strict local safety and building codes.
- Maintains high levels of client satisfaction through clear onsite communication.
- Supports project timelines by completing equipment change-outs efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Remove and replace commercial heating and cooling equipment like chillers and rooftop units.
- Install modern VAV and VRF systems along with advanced building controls.
- Run low-voltage control wiring and complete necessary rough-in work.
- Perform light sheet metal fabrication and ductwork installation as needed.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges to ensure systems operate at peak performance.
- Coordinate with crew members to keep job sites organized and productive.
- Explain technical work to customers and answer questions regarding new equipment.

Compensation and Logistics
