Metal Finisher – 1st Shift
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:15 AM–2:00 PM
Kimco Staffing is hiring a Metal Finisher for a growing manufacturing team in Huntington Beach. This position helps create high-quality products by preparing, finishing, and inspecting metal parts.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and is looking for a long-term opportunity.
ResponsibilitiesMetal Prep: Sandblast, clean, and prep parts for finishing.
Polishing & Buffing: Use tools to polish, buff, and satin metal surfaces.
Chemical Finishing: Apply finishes through plating, burnishing, or electro-stripping.
Quality Checks: Inspect parts to ensure top-quality results.
Inventory Tracking: Use barcodes and simple computer systems to log work.
Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a safe work environment in a hands-on setting.
6+ months of metal finishing or similar hands-on experience preferred ; open to training the right person.
High school diploma or GED.
Great attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work on your feet.
Comfortable working around noise, dust, and chemicals. PPE is provided.
1st Shift Hours: Off work by 2:00 PM every day.
Full-Time + Steady Hours: Monday through Friday, no weekends.
