Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer role at Interparfums Luxury Brands supports the marketing team with day-to-day activities. This position helps create, organize and complete projects and initiatives that bring visibility to our brands. The Graphic Designer reports to the Creative Director and is based out of our office in Manhattan. RESPONSIBILITIES Organization Organize creative status documents to ensure seamless project completion Maintain records to ensure projects are within budget and on time Coordinate approval process for design layouts with management, vendors, retailers, and Paris office Coordinate timely execution of seasonal programs, liaising with the marketing, sales planning, sales operations, PR and education teams Creation Adapt visuals to US specific needs for print, in-store and digital & scented advertising Adapt designs based on feedback Create visual images for PowerPoint presentations Layout training cards, marketing book, in-store visual guidelines for sales force and other collateral Production* Ensure projects are delivered within timeline needed Timely communication with vendors throughout production SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS You have a bachelor’s degree in design, graphic arts or related field Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator Must have portfolio and proven experience in design Strong knowledge of visual design, layout, color and typography Basic knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel are a plus Extremely detail-oriented with strong project and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment An appreciation for fragrances and an interest in the industry #J-18808-Ljbffr INTERPARFUMS LUXURY BRANDS, INC.
