Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, associations, and event planners. Contract Negotiation: Develop and finalize sales agreements to maximize occupancy and revenue. Collaboration with Hotel Departments: Work with catering, banquet, and operations teams to ensure successful event execution. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property tours and sales presentations for potential clients. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay competitive. Sales Reporting & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in sales databases and generate reports on sales performance. Networking & Industry Events: Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences. Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and uphold Hyatt and Commonwealth Hotels standards. What We are looking for in a Hotel Group Sales Manager includes: High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
