Salary: $35,000–$40,000/year, based on experience

About the Role

Green Clean Janitorial is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Account Manager to oversee client relationships and service quality across our Ohio accounts. This is a field-based position focused on client satisfaction, quality inspections, issue resolution, and supporting our field teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure company standards are met.
• Address client concerns and coordinate timely corrective action with field teams.
• Document inspections, client feedback, and service issues.
• Follow up on recurring concerns and help improve service consistency.
• Support employee onboarding and training when needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients, employees, and leadership.
• Travel throughout Ohio, including occasional short-notice travel.

Qualifications

• Experienced in janitorial services, facilities, quality assurance, customer service, account management, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Organized, professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Ohio.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
