Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Labor and Delivery \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 09/28/2026 \n Duration: 19 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, nights \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n Job Title: RN Labor & Delivery Location: Battle Creek MI Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30 Job duration: 26 weeks or 13 weeks accepted \n Holiday coverage is required; however, any RTO during holidays must remain flexible to accommodate staffing demands. Must have OB, Mother/Baby and L&D \n No RTO first TWO WEEKS of contract \n Minimum years of experience: 2 years \n Patient ratios – We follow AWHONN guidelines for staffing \n Additional Requirements: Will work in all areas of LDRP \n Certifications \n Required: ACLS (AHA), BLS(AHA), NRP, AWHONN Intermediate and/or NCC C-EFM \n Preferred: AWHONN Advanced \n Skills \n Required: Circulate, FHM Triage \n Preferred: Scrub \n WEEKEND REQUIREMENT: Will work every other weekend \n FLOAT: Will float to the house as sitter when needed; will float to Bronson Methodist Kalamazoo, (27 miles) when the need exists and census allows. \n CALL: None \n EMR: EPIC \n 15 bed LDRP unit with 3 triage bays and 2 operating rooms. \n RNs provide antepartum, labor and delivery, OR circulating, scrub nurse, newborn nurse at delivery and couplet care.
