What you’ll do

• Lead scheduled PMs to extend the life of industrial assets.
• Ask the right questions to get to root causes, then implement robust corrective actions.
• Restore or overhaul bearings, gears, motors, and hydraulic assemblies.
• Install, modify, and relocate machinery, interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings accurately.
• Use welding, fabrication, and machining to produce or repair parts.
• Partner with production and fellow techs to elevate overall equipment effectiveness.
• Keep your area spotless and safe, following all safety rules and procedures.
• Champion continuous improvement to boost reliability and streamline maintenance workflows.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED; technical/trade schooling preferred.
• [number] years of millwright or industrial mechanic experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems.
• Welding/fabrication/machining competency.
• Blueprint, schematic, and technical manual literacy.
• Sharp troubleshooting instincts and practical problem-solving.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail.
• Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and handle repetitive motions.
