Project Lead

Payrate: $33.00 - $34.00/hr. Summary: As a Project Lead, the individual would be leading sourcing projects to move parts from one supplier to another as part of NPI and NSI Programs. This strategic role ensures a healthy Quality, Cost, Logistics, Delivery supply base is established to support the business. Responsibilities

• Lead supplier source selection and approval processes.
• Develop and introduce new suppliers.
• Manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
• Collaborate with team members in a 5-day in-office environment at the Peoria location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Associates degree holders with 7 years of experience are acceptable.
• Preferred 3 years of experience with a Master's degree.
• Comparable roles include Buyer.

Skills

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.00 - $34.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
