We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing team in Riviera Beach, Florida in a contract-to-permanent role. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys supporting customers, managing order information accurately, and communicating clearly across phone and email channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can provide dependable service while coordinating with internal teams in both office and warehouse-related settings.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and email with professionalism, accuracy, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Process customer orders and enter detailed information into company systems while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, provide product- or order-related assistance, and route issues appropriately when needed.
• Support customers with order updates, delivery questions, and general service requests to ensure a positive experience.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to confirm order status, availability, and timely fulfillment.
• Maintain organized customer records, document interactions, and update account details to support efficient service.
• Assist Spanish-speaking customers when needed to improve communication and service responsiveness.
• Monitor shared email communications and follow up promptly on open requests, changes, and customer concerns.• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong background in order entry and data entry with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to manage inbound telephone communication and written correspondence effectively.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing, construction-related, or warehouse-supported environment.
• Bilingual Spanish communication skills are preferred.
• Proficiency in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced work setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain attentive to detail when resolving customer issues.
