Director of Operations

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee all field operations, production performance, and operational execution across a growing commercial services organization. This executive-level role is responsible for driving productivity, operational efficiency, profitability, safety, and quality across multiple service lines while ensuring alignment with company objectives and long-term growth strategies.

The Director of Operations will provide leadership to Production Managers, Fleet & Safety personnel, and operational teams while partnering closely with executive leadership to maximize operational performance, maintain financial accountability, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Skills and Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.

Valid driver's license with the ability to meet company insurance requirements.

5+ years of experience in landscape, facilities services, construction services, or a related field.

Proven experience managing multiple operational departments and teams.

Strong understanding of job costing, labor planning, production metrics, operational budgeting, and field operations.

Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive operational performance.
