Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Opportunity - $3000 sign on bonus $3000 sign on bonus to be paid out as the following: $1000 after 30 days, $1000 after 60 days, $1000 after 90 days. Full time on 7a-7p only Job Summary: Aviata at Englewood, a leading healthcare provider in Englewood, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities: Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program Provide nursing services Conduct and document thorough evaluations of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout treatment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done Additional Benefits: $28- $32 HOURLY 500 referral bonus for nurses and c.n.a’s - paid out in 90 days Perfect Punch Program - $225 bi-weekly bonus (full time only) 401k with a match Shift diffs M-F after 3p and all shifts on the weekend Pay rate: Competitive, with additional holiday pay and overtime hours possible Access to online learning 24/7 Health insurance for the entire family 12-hour shifts - 6:30p-7a and 6:30a-7p (4 days off!)
