Overview We are seeking a passionate and professional Beverage Manager to lead the beverage program at Casa Nela. Casa Nela is a collection of European influenced Greenwich Village restaurants including Rosemary's, Claudette, Bobo, and Roey's. If you are passionate about Italian and French wine & food and have a background managing successful beverage programs, we want to meet you! Responsibilities The position would support our team in all aspects of service and act as a leader, educator, and mentor to the management teams and front of house service staff. The Beverage Manager will work in tandem with Senior Leadership to build and maintain high‑performing teams, develop and maintain wine offerings and ensure guest satisfaction.
