We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives whose role is to answer the phone and take orders. Responsibilities Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Qualifications Minimum 16 years of age. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle orders over the phone and in person. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, and produce correct monetary change). Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination for precise movements. Training Orientation and training provided on the job. Work Conditions Exposure to temperatures ranging from 36°F to above 90°F in certain areas. Sudden temperature changes during outdoor tasks. Exposure to food odors and cornmeal dust. Work in cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler. Contact with hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F or higher. Handling of sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Physical Requirements Standing and walking on various surfaces; walking distance and duration as described. Lifting: up to 50 pounds for bulk deliveries; lifting and stacking to shelves up to 72 inches high. Carrying: items such as 30‑pound pizza sauce, 12‑pound trays of dough. Pushing and pulling trays on dollies up to 30 pounds. Climbing stairs or ladders occasionally. Bending: forward bending for 30‑45 seconds at a time; bending at the front counter and when stocking. Crouching/squatting to stock shelves or clean low areas. Reaching up to 72 inches to turn on/off oven controls; reaching down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; reaching forward for ingredients or phones. Eye‑hand coordination for repetitive tasks such as shaping dough, manipulating a pizza peel, using a rolling cutter, and assembling pizza boxes.
