Enterprise IT Desktop Support Technician

Parkland Health in Dallas, TX, seeks an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on hardware support for desktops, laptops, tablets and peripherals. You will handle IMACs, configurations, upgrades, and issue resolution while maintaining strong customer relations. You will work under IT leadership, assist with Parkland Projects, and help ensure stable end-user technology across the enterprise. A related Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in a large IT ops environment are preferred, with VMware #J-18808-Ljbffr Parkland Health
